This community of therapists and psychologists across the world have developed ways of support people with the anxieties and difficulties related to coping with the Covid-19 situation. I have attended numerous training and learned evidence based techniques related to providing different levels of support, depending on what a person is experiencing in relation to Covid-19. I am able to provide online Zoom sessions for children, adolescents, young adults and adults at a lower cost of £40 per session.

What may an online session be like?
A private zoom session or telephone call will be scheduled in advance over email to allow us to meet
You or your child will be asked what is happening for you at the moment, in your day - what is most difficult and what is OK If there are any anxieties, upset or low mood, sleep, eating or pain or any other difficulties. The Therapist will then provide a trauma informed intervention to helpg you cope, reducing anxiety and ongoing stress related symptoms The sessions are not all talking, they provide ways and activities for you to find your own helpful means of thinking and behaving in order to cope better.
